Absolute Door Services were asked by the NHS Trust to upgrade a pair of their bi-part sliding automatic doors. The doors had become unreliable, tired & non compliant at one of their Hospitals in Southend on Sea, Essex.
Our fully qualified ADSA registered engineers carried out a full upgrade using fully monitored EN16005 compliant Record & BEA equipment.
The automatic doors were running quite poor due to worn out floor guides and dirty track. We also carried out a full service while performing the upgrade including fitting new floor guides.
The doors were left fully compliant and fitted with the top of the range monitored sensors, LCD control panel, running smooth and complete with a 12 months warranty.
The work was carried out to ADS's risk assessment and method statement and caused minimum disruption to patients and staff.
