| Today Absolute Door Services were called out to work on the doors at the Grosvenor Royal Casino in Southend on Sea. We were carrying out repairs on their doors to keep them fully functional and up to the current legislation. The Doors had some signs of wear and tare and need some replacement parts keep the doors working smoothly and safe. As the Door servicing was carried in a public venue the area was cordoned off to protect the public and staff members. |  |

We recently commissioned and tested a pair of access controlled Record DFA127 swing doors at Ipswich University. One of the major important factors in the installation of these automatic doors was safety. We cordoned the area off completely and we wore PPE the whole time on site. As this was an educational requirement, safety is paramount but so to is professionalism and meeting the deadline, something that we at ADS take in our stride. The doors integrated with the existing fire system with interfacing mag locks and the whole automatic door installation was tested and is fully compliant to EN16005 standards.
